This third ministerial conference on integration, held on 3 and 4 November in Vichy, brings together the ministers for integration of the 27 EU Member States. Their work builds up on the European Pact on Immigration and Asylum Policy, which already contains important commitments with regard to integration. It was adopted by the European Council on 15 and 16 October 2008.
