Towards a new governance of territories

The aim of this conference, which will be attended by Danuta Hübner, European Commissioner for Regional Policy, and Hubert Falco, French Minister of State for Town and Country Planning, is to take specific steps that will result in the emergence of new forms of governance.
This conference is an opportunity for the different participants to present success stories on methods of territorial governance and how they applied these methods in the context of their public responsibilities.
Jean-Marie Beaupuy, MEP and chair of the European Parliament’s ‘Urban-Logement’ Intergroup, is organising this event in partnership with the Council of European Municipalities and Regions and the city of Reims.
